1. Agreement

These terms apply to your use of Number Cipher (the "Game"), operated by Zapcz Inc, Sweden ("we", "us"). By using the Game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

2. Using the Game

The Game is free to play for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:

• attack, overload, or disrupt the site or its hosting;
• scrape, copy, or republish the site's content or code in bulk, or use bots or automated tools to play or to extract daily answers;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, or use the Game for anything unlawful.

You may share your own results (for example the emoji grid) anywhere you like.

3. Ownership

The Game, including its design, code, name, and puzzles, belongs to us. Nothing in these terms transfers any rights to you beyond the right to play the Game as described here. Other names and trademarks belong to their owners.

4. No prizes or gambling

The Game is for fun only. There are no prizes, no real-money play, and nothing of monetary value can be won or lost.

5. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time, and puzzles may occasionally contain errors. Stats and streaks are stored in your browser and can be lost if you clear your data or switch devices. We are not responsible for that loss.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that the site will be free of harmful components. This does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Game is limited to SEK 0, as the Game is free. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Third-party links and ads

The Game may link to or display third-party content, including advertising in the future. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, products, or services. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Privacy

How we handle data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Game after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are handled by the Swedish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have to bring a claim in your country of residence.
